JOIN US on a SEVEN DAY TOUR to see and taste for yourself the top wineries, the magnificent estates and their cellars where you will be received as a guest of honour.
Day 1 | Lisbon/Cartaxo/Azeitão/Lisbon |
Your private guide will meet you at the Lisbon airport and after crossing the Vasco da Gama Bridge we head south to visit the farm Quinta do Casal Branco). Visit the vineyard and cellar, wine tasting followed by lunch.
In the afternoon we continue to visit one of the oldest and most famous Portuguese wine cellars of Portugal – Caves José Maria da Fonseca for wine tasting.
On the way to Lisbon you will cross the 25th April bridge (the old one) from where you will enjoy a fantastic panorama of Lisbon.
Dinner and overnight at Hotel.
Day 2 | Lisbon/Reguengos/Lisbon |
Departure to Alentejo (the region south of Lisbon), and arrival to Reguengos, visit to Herdade do Esporão one of the most important wine producers and one of the first to develop the enotourism concept. Visit to farm, wine cellars and lunch.
On the return to Lisbon stop to visit the historic town of Évora (Unesco Heritage).
Arrival at Lisbon, dinner and accommodation at hotel.
Day 3 | Lisbon/Bairrada/Oporto |
After a short tour of the old quarters of Lisbon to admire the red roofed houses and palaces catching the unique atmosphere of the old town, we leave Lisbon for Bairrada – important wine region renowned for its sparkling wines.
There we visit Luis Pato wine cellar and lunch in a genuine local restaurant where you will have the opportunity to try the local speciality : sucling pork roasted in the oven.
Drive on to Bucaço forest to breathe the fresh and pure air of the woods. After a brief stop continue to Oporto.
Dinner and night at hotel.
Day 4 | Oporto |
Full day visit of Oporto: You will not want to miss the Stock Exchange Palace, the old narrow streets of Ribeira, ( UNESCO Heritage) and of course visit one of the most important port wine cellars with wine tasting.
For lunch try a gourmet lunch in a typical restaurant in the Ribeira or in a deluxe restaurant in inside a wine cellar.
In the afternoon 50 minutes cruise in the Douro river.
Dinner and night at hotel.
Day 5 | Oporto |
Full day excursion to the Douro Valley where on terraced hill slopes the world famous Port iwne is produced. Enjoy a visit to a wine producing farm, Quinta de la Rosa where they will receive you like a guest of honour and tour you around the premises and serving a copious lunch and wine tasting.
In the afternoon return to Oporto, dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 6 | Oporto/Coimbra/Lisbon |
Return to Lisbon with stop at Coimbra to visit the oldest university of Portugal and one of the oldest in the world,
Drive on to Nazaré, perhaps the most typical Portuguese fishing village.
Delight on a sea food lunch to go with vinho verde.
After a walk by the Atlantic, drive southward to Lisbon.
Tonight we shall take out for a farewell dinner at a Fado Restaurant.

Free time to visit Lisbon and transfer to airport.
